Maya City Builder
A maya scrip to generate simple cities.
Key Points:
Coded in Python using the OpenMaya API to create a GUI-based city building tool, with controls to allow for height maps, and manipulation of buildings, trees, and waterways.
Implemented recursive algorithm for road layout, and checks for gradient, height, and space for more realistic object placement.
